30 second Downward Facing Dog
2 rounds of 20 second Boat pose
20 second Low Plank
30 second high Plank
30 crunches
2 rounds of 10 second Side Plank
6 rounds of Low Plank to Dolphin pose (walk feet in from Low plank to Dolphin and then walk them back to Low Plank).
20 Bicycle crunches
30 second Down Dog
